TERMS OF SERVICE

By using Logicom LLC services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

General Warranty

All services come with a 14-day warranty. If an issue from a service call recurs — reverts, fails, or doesn't "take" — we'll revisit at no charge. Your warranty includes one free remote session and one free onsite visit.

For example: if your computer has slowed again after our fix, we'll resolve it at no charge. Note: sometimes hidden issues may appear later.

After your warranty period, continued repairs are available at 50% off labor, excluding parts.

Parts Warranty

  • New parts: Covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically one year or more — check with us for specifics).
  • Used or refurbished parts: Covered by a 30-day in-house guarantee. If a part fails within that period, we'll replace it at equal or lesser value. These sales are final — no returns, no refunds.

Computer Warranties

New Computers

  • Hardware: 1-year limited warranty on components (excluding case). Manufacturers' longer warranties transfer to you. Any physical damage or poor maintenance (e.g., dust accumulation, poor airflow, overheating) voids the warranty.
  • Labor: 2-year limited warranty ensures protection against manufacturing defects (e.g., startup failure, faulty software installation). This excludes out-of-warranty parts or damage from negligence or catastrophic events. Software glitches and installation issues are covered for 90 days. Virus removal is an additional cost.

Used or Refurbished Computers

  • Guarantee: 30-day guarantee against manufacturer defects. Labor for any issue within 30 days is free. Operating system and software are not covered. Parts and labor are included during this period.
  • Sales: All sales are final — no returns or refunds.

Payment, Pricing & Terms

  • Pricing: Varies by location and subject to change. Parts are billed at current retail market rates. For up-to-date quotes, use our contact form or call (928) 224-8505.
  • Cancellations / Appointment Changes: A $50 fee applies.
  • Credit Card Fees: Orders up to $100: $4.50 processing fee. Orders over $100: 4.50% processing fee.
  • Minimum Billing: One-hour minimum applies to all service calls. Technicians don't carry change — exact amounts are required.
  • Mileage: If we are traveling to you for flat rate services, mileage charges apply. The current federal mileage rate is $0.70 per mile.
  • Returned Checks: Subject to a $60 fee, plus the original amount and 15% recovery charge. You have 30 days to settle the total, or legal action may follow.
  • Unclaimed Property: Items unclaimed within 30 days incur a 15% monthly storage fee. After 90 days, property becomes Logicom's and may be sold to offset costs. If there was a verbal or written agreement of sale with no percentage discussed, property becomes Logicom's immediately.
  • Client Property Sales: Logicom takes 20% of all sales made on behalf of the client. The remainder of the funds goes to the client.

Invoicing & Late Payments

  • Due Date: Payment is due at time of service unless alternate arrangements are approved by the owner.
  • Grace Period: You have a 30-day grace period to pay. After that, a 15% monthly late fee applies.
  • Escalating Fees: After 3 months, the late fee increases to 30%. After 6 months it becomes 45% monthly, with the possibility of legal action.
  • Legal Action: All involved parties are liable for court costs. Legal proceedings may begin after 60–90 days of nonpayment.
